Ask anyone what their idea of the good life is, and they're likely to mention leisurely meals out on the patio with family and friends. Al fresco dining is more popular than ever, but now it's more than a simple barbecue – it's often gourmet dining in a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen.

A popular home improvement for consumers across the country, the Outdoor Kitchen was a new category in the 2015-2016 Sub-Zero and Wolf Kitchen Design contest, recognizing its growing importance within the industry.

Sub-Zero and Wolf have a strong presence in the outdoor kitchen space anchored by the Wolf grill, renowned for its masterful control and rock-solid construction. In 2017, both brands will be introducing several new products that will help consumers add even more convenience and capability to their living space.

In June, the ID-24RO outdoor refrigerator drawers will be available allowing home cooks to keep up to four cubic feet of fresh food right at their fingertips. The drawers have advanced food preservation features and accept outdoor stainless steel panels to coordinate with Wolf outdoor grills. They're durable, weather-resistant and rated for outdoor use from 50 to 110 Degrees Farenheit.

Wolf has a bevy of new outdoor products that will be helpful companions to its signature grill, including:
  • Single and double trash holders, with large bag capacity and full pull-out drawer for better stability
  • Regular and tall height dry storage cabinets with a water-tight seal and plenty of handy drawers
  • The humble yet indispensable paper towel holder – as only Wolf could craft it

"We're excited to introduce these extensions to our outdoor line," says Jeannine Washkuhn, Wolf product marketing manager, "but we're not stopping there. We're planning more outdoor product launches for 2018 and beyond, so stay tuned."
