Chef Profile – Kathryn Joel




As a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in London, England and Leiths School of Food & Wine, Chef Kathryn Joel pursued her love of cooking on a global expedition before putting down roots in Edmonton.  Her cooking classes now draw upon her passion for the culinary traditions of the world, paired with fresh, locally sourced, artisanal ingredients.

At Get Cooking, Kathryn combines culinary expertise with the precision control of Wolf to reigniate a passion for the simple act of cooking.  Her belief is that with some basic cooking skills and a good local knowledge of where to source the right ingredients, anyone can bring flavours from around the world into their own kitchens.
